Meditation Gift Set Chamomile

Meditation Gift set.

This set is the perfect starter kit to send your body and mind into a deep relaxing meditation. It also makes a great accompaniment during a yoga session.

This gift set includes:
1 x Yellow or Blue Meditation Eye Pillow, filled with naturally scented flowers, flax seeds and essential oil.
1 x Amphora Aromatics Essential Oil 10ml
1 x Amphora Aromatics Small Essential Oil Candle

All wrapped in a recycled gift box with shredded paper. 

Meditation Pillow:
Heat for up to 30 seconds in the microwave and place over the eyes or chest for a soothing sleep. Essential oils can be added to the outside, to refresh the scent when needed.

Inner: The cotton casing is filled with a natural mix of flax seeds and essential oils with locally grown dried chamomile or lavender flowers. 

Flax Seeds - Have great heating properties, they are made up of 30-40% oil which remains inside the seed when they are heated. The seeds stay warm for up to 30 minutes and do not have a cooked grain smell when repeatedly heated.

Chamomile - calming, sedative and relaxing to encourage a deep and restful sleep.
Lavender - calming, antiseptic and soothing to mind and body.

Outer: Made from a cotton linen blend yarn that has been shibori dyed with a delicate pattern*. Finished with a wooden SC Knits logo button. Available dip dyed or shibori dyed. Each pillow has a different shibori pattern and will be selected at random.

Each pillow measures approximately 22cm x 9cm x 2cm

*Please note the knitted outer casing isn't removable but is wipe clean.

Amphora Aromatics Candle:
Made from pure essential oils and 100% natural plant wax from sustainable sources.

Amphora Aromatics Essential Oil:
Lavender or Chamomile Matricaria.
